We want the Family Meal website and customer portal to be straightforward to use, including with a keyboard, screen reader or reduced-motion setting.

What we support

• Semantic page structure and heading order
• Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
• Visible focus states and practical touch targets
• Labels and clear errors for form fields
• Alternative text for meaningful images
• Reduced animation when your device requests it
• Colour contrast that does not rely on colour alone

Known limitations

Some legacy authenticated admin screens are still undergoing a complete accessibility review. PDF invoices and third-party authentication or billing screens may have their own accessibility characteristics.
